Welcome to the new version of MoB - the one that we're imaginatively calling MoB 2011. First off I would like to apologise for the extended period of downtime. The reason for this was simply because there was a lot to do.

Secondly, I'd like to mention that we've still got a little bit more tinkering to do - nothing big, but we wanted to get up and running as soon as was humanly possible.

We've completely updated the software and everything is up to date and should be working better than before. We've cleared up several bugs (eg thumbnails not appearing on videos, missing private messages etc...) and we've tidied up the layout of the site.

The main new features are thus:

Facebook Integration
You can now connect your MoB account to Facebook. This means that you can share your MoB posts, blogs and galleries with your friends. To do this, simply:

1. click on the 'Settings' link at the top of the page and then scroll down to the bottom of the side menu.
2. Look for the new section called 'Facebook Bridge' and click on 'Options'.
3. On the 'Options' page, click the big blue 'Connect With Facebook' button.
4. A popup window will appear from Facebook asking you for permission to access your info. The process is 100% safe and no Facebook info is transferred over to MoB. Click 'Allow'.
5. Click the 'Save Changes' button.
6. Click 'Allow' to any other popup window that appears.
7. The 'Options' page will now change to reflect the fact that your account is connected to Facebook. You can then control individual options about how MoB will work with Facebook.

Member Blogs
You can now run your own burlesque and cabaret blog with MoB. In fact, this very message that you're reading now has been created with the blogging tool. Your blog gets it's own address (mine is http://www.ministryofburlesque.com/blogs/james/) and they also appear in a dedicated 'Blog' tab on your profile page (check mine out at http://www.ministryofburlesque.com/members/james.html as an example).

Dedicated Mobile Version
Over the past year, we've noticed that more and more people are accessing Ministry Of Burlesque through a mobile device. If you're one of them, then you're in for a treat because our mobile version works just like an iPhone app. Very slick indeed! Simply visit the MoB website from your mobile device and you'll instantly benefit from the new, lightweight browsing experience.
