    No it was taken by Mitch Jenkins. he has done the photography for House, Prison Break etc. See his work here http://www.mitchjenkins.com

    I only know one Luli Blue...She is a burlesquer and bellydancer....though I have heard of a lady performing under the same name but different spelling...
