    Default just to say hey and introduce myself!

    hiya, i'm not sure if people usually do this on this site but i thought i'd say hey as i only signed up today!
    i'm interested in burlesque and have been to a few shows but havent been to classes as i thought i was too big (however i searched through the forums here and feel a bit better and thinking of joining a class once i get the funds as i'm a poor student lol!)
    anyways not sure what else to say just wanted to introduce myself!.

    welcome to the forums, this is a fabulous place to learn more about burlesque and make contacts and I would say get yourself to some classes, they can be expensive but worth it!

    Hi, welcome to the forum. You will soon learn there is no such thing as too big. I am a size 22-24 and have just started performing, people seem to love it!!!

    hallo and welcome...i too have discovered that there is no such thing as too big...im just starting out with classes and can can class too which i love! im sure that you will have a great time..this really is a lovely and friendly community and such glamorous fun too!!!!!

    Hi Harmony. Another newbie here who did a similar post last week (rather than bump that thread ... thanks to all for the lovely welcome!) who also is of a slightly more rotund stature!!!

    same as you, I thought until stumbling across MOB that a lot of pin up/burlesque style clothing etc was impossible for a size 20 ... all credit to the lovely people in this place. My problem now is what to buy first ...

    I have no desire to perform on stage, but a friend and I have spotted a local class and thought we'd go along. Should be fun!
