New girl, new name - what do you think???
Hello!
This is my first post as Im VERY new to burlesque...Ive been a fan for ages but have only just signed up for classes, Im so excited!
So! For my name Im thinking......Dulcina De'Sire! Dulcina means sweet in latin and I thought that 'sweet desire' is pretty nice : ) Dulcina is also a fictional character in Don Quixote - she is his fictional true love and he imagines her as the most beautiful woman who ever lived!! A lot to live up to but I like it
Id love to hear what everyone thinks, any feedback would be great!

Hi sweetie, welcome to the forum!
I actually quite like Rose a Palooza as a name but Dulcina De'sire is good I see the attraction with the Don Quixote reference.xxx

Love it!
what I would say, though is make sure that the name is 'you' (if it feels right, then it is!) - I went through a few names before settling on mine - which is something my best friend has called me for years and it never occured to me to use it for this!
Are you based in Cardiff, then?
