Also try the Elvgen bible.
One thing to remember with any original pin up is that Elvgren started with a photo and turned it into a drawing.
Expect the length of the arms and legs to be distorted and only clever photo shop or use of a ultra wide angle lens will duplicate it in a photo.
Even then the image will have to be vintaged suitably in photoshop and that itself is where the real work begins.Chris Giles Photography | Blog | Facebook | Flickr
Always be honest with your clients, if you aren't they'll have false expectations of you and there's nothing worse for business than a client who's been sold some magic beans. Even more so when all they wanted was their picture taken.

That takes you to the Alberto Vargas page where the images those photos are based on are. But this site has galleries for all the major pin-up artists.
