    Question Burlesque singer (and a MOB newbie) - song suggestions?

    Hi guys,

    I'm a singer and I perform a capella Bluesy/jazzy songs. I have a gig coming up where I'm doing three separate five minute sets so I'm needing about 6-8 songs and was hoping to refresh my ensemble a little - does anyone have any suggestions of great burlesque-y songs. I've got a bunch of standards but would like to jazz it up a bit (as it were) and who better to ask?!

    Blues in the Night is a corker.
    Stormy Weather is good too if you need something a bit more downbeat.

    Thanks for the advice - I already do Stormy Weather but that's a great tip for Blues in the Night - I'll get practicing!
