Mourning Lost Belongings...
Hi all,
I just need to have mini mourn. I was at a function last night and lost my gloves. I know it's sounds stupid, I know they're just gloves, but they were beatiful and fitted and black leather! I was just wondering if I'm the only one manages to constantly lose things and then drives themselves mad thinking about them. Oh my poor gloves...and they fitted with all my going out burly outfits so well! I had the same thing with a trilby last year, oh and now I'm thinking about that too! Brilliant! Do excuse me, I'm off for the arsenic...

Sorry to hear about your gloves I hate losing things when you know you can't get them back do try ebay you might be lucky or have you called the venue they might have been handed in.

Poor you - I know just how you feel. I always manage to lose my favourite things. (Most recently the nicest phone I've ever owned). I always feel that I shouldn't have taken them - but if I keep things for best then I'll never use them.
Can you remember where you bought them?

lost and found
I'm sorry to hear about your gloves, someone once said that we only loose things to make way for new things. So my theory is that even though you loved your gloves, the good news is that there are fantastic new ones about to come into your life and make your outfit once more complete.
As for the butternut squash well that one is a mistry?

Sorry to hear about the gloves - this will niggle at youfor ages I'm afraid. I once bought a brand new Lulu Guinness handbag - black patent, retro style with a silver lips design clasp. Sadly 2 weeks later someone else helped themselves to it

That was last summer and I am far from over it...sniff

Thanks everyone! It's good to know it's not just me. And Elle, I think you're right, it's going to annoy me for a very long time. I need to start chaining my belongings to me, I lost my wallet and a show last month as well! xx
