    Red face Big Belly.....

    Hiya.
I've been going to Burlesque class with my Sister for 4 weeks now. My problem is, I've got a tiny chest (34b)and a big belly (31ish) and I can't seem to squeeze it in a corset or basque without it gaping on my chest area. Any advice on how to make my belly go down or what to wear would be appreciated! Help!

I suggest you try a custom made corset they fit much better and are very flattering.

Thanks! will have to save my money up. They're a bit expensive for me. Love and hugs, Bobbie.

Yeah a custom corset and possibly waist training My belly isn't particularly big (its my bum I worry about) - but I'm considering waist training myself...

THANKS! I'm dieting but my chest will then disappear completely. So, will look into the waist training too!

Rather than dieting you should try doing exercise that focus on building up your muscles in your stomach. Hope you enjoy the class hun xx

The problem is, darl that I've got M.E, (CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME). I've been ill for 5 years and done no exercise in all that time. I must be getting better though becuse I manage to do all of the Burlesque dances! Well, I try! Pretty rubbish at the moment! So, my belly is in a bit of a swollen mess, LOL! It is just a nightmare trying to squeeze it into something tight. I saw the week 4 photo in my outfit and I was horrified! Rolls of belly fat showing! Not a good look and it''s hard to act sexy when I don't FEEL sexy, you know? I will try to do some exercises on my belly, but I can't do it consistently, that's the thing! Love and hugs, Bobbie.

LOL, thanks, darl. My body was in shock after the first week! It was like, 'What are you doing?!' By the Sunday, felt like I''d been run over by a herd of elephants, was no energy in my body. But....BURLESQUE IS WORTH IT! We love it. Curvy....Think should learn how to dance in a tight corset and then could still have cake! Love and hugs, Bobbie.
