Hello...
I know there has been many many threads about this topic, so stay with me :-)
My name was orginally Crystal Cherry, then i changed it to Candy Cane.... and now i'm thinking of changing it... i wan't one i can stick with forever really.
I'd selected some names below and would like your thoughts please...
Miss Dolly Mix
Dolly Mix
Miss Champanye
Crystal Champanye
Miss Crystal Champayne
Miss Pretty Penny
Miss Tallulah
Tallulah
I know its dodgy doing this, due to name stealing, but your all so lovely and kind i'm sure it's fine... what will be will be.... :-)
Please give your thoughts, so i can choose my future name... thank you darlings!

Hmmm well, I'm pretty sure there is a Dolly Mixture in the Candied Heels (Parma Violet, can you confirm?) and I know there is a performer called Tallulah, although I believe she's not strictly a burlesquer. Still, I thought you'd better know so you don't inadvertently tread on someone else's toes ^_^

there's a Tallulah Mockingbird in London and a Tallulah Freeway too, I think in Germany
why don't you like Candy Cane? I think it's cute and sassy and I don't think there are any others (though I stand corrected if there are)

There is a Dolly Mixture in the Candied Heels, I'm sure of that... I know of Tallulah Freeway, but not sure of any just "Tallulah"s.
I think you are better off with a name with two words, or at least two elements to the name, as it makes it more recognisable and less confusable with other people!
I really like Pretty Penny, actually. It really depends on the kind of style your going for. If you are quite a cheeky and satyrical performer, in the traditional Brit style, something like Penny Whistle might be good. The more you think about it, the more dimensional the name is...
ETA: I do like Candy Cane though... it depends if you've done much performance under that name already. If it aint broke, dont fix it!!!

Thanks for the imput... i don't mind Candy Cane, but its about to fun for me. I'm more dark and sexy and Candy Cane seems a bit to fun like a light hearted burlesque routine, where as i want to be more dark and sexy and darmatic, espically when i start modeling fettish gear and the like... i want somthing that resembles that...
i do like Penny Whistle made me giggle...;but again not sure if i want a giggle name?
i might go look in a cocktail book.... i think i'm thinking about it to hard thats why nothing is coming to me...
Thanks for letting me moan on ;-) xx

You can do a lot with the first name Candy...think of some more dark & decadent kinds of candy - that might fit your style.
I'd personally prefer you not go with Penny Whistle since I've been performing under that name for a few years now!
xo!
