Questions for the more experienced
I thought I'd take advantage of the wealth of fabulous performers on here and ask a few questions regarding Burlesque in the UK.
What would you consider to be reasonable when asked about fees to perform? For example for parties or clubs?
And on a general topic what are everyones thoughts on representation? I always prefered being a one woman band free to be creative as I like in how I perform, but perhaps I'm misguided. I'd just love to hear what others have to say on the matter.WARNINGWarning: This is an Old Thread

I dont think there is any set rule for fees. It is something that you would have to negotiate with the club. If you search back through previous threads you will find a lot of information from performers. Hope you manage to get something worked out xx

Thanks ladies! I've had a little read. It's such a touchy issue as understandably not everyone really wants to discuss their finances publicly. If anyone does want to PM me with suggested figures please feel free!
Thanks! x
