Hey, Sarah, you look brilliant. A few years ago, just before we left London, we went to some dance friend's, first wedding anniversary. It was in your neck of the wood.
The party was to be themed: Come as a recognisable celebrity of the opposite sex. I wanted to do Fred & Ginger, but my hubby was really bashful about it all. In the end we went as Kermit & Miss Piggy. My Kermit was a joke shop costume, and a couple of ping pong balls for the eyes. We found a shop window manniquin' s wig, blonde a very straw like, a sponge snout & ears, I managed to make one of my Mum's old dresses fit him, he certainly looked the part.
When we arrived we were told that the event was being held at The Royal Legion, Leyton. (I think, can't remember for sure,) anyway, the long and short of it was, we were all set up to get there on the BUS! I kid you not. All these wierd people getting on the 58 bus.
So if it was you who saw a freaky looking Miss Piggy and thought: "That would be a good act." Please send royalties to Broomstick Enterprises.
