Hello
Hi,
Just wanted to say hello.
What a cool site!:twothumbs:
I was looking to go to a Burlesque club in London and found my way here.
Would love to start dancing, def gonna purchase the beginners dvd.
Its all so glam!
Im a curvy girl, so have the right body shape, but have to drop a bit of weight before I could perform in front of an audience.
So appreciate all handy hints and tips.
Love and kisses

Hallo Cherry!
Tips on learning moves, choosing a name and music can all be found by using the search function or having a good rifle through 'Learning Burlesque'
Have fun and feel free to ask any questions!

Hi Cherry!
Welcome to MoB
One thing though- there is no "right" body shape in Burlesque. If you would rather lose weight then go for it, but don't feel like you need to lose weight before you perform. There are loads of fantastic performers who are a bit bigger. The wonderful thing about Burlesque is that there are no "rules" as such regarding body shape.
Good luck with it Sweetie

Hi,
Thanks for being so friendly.
I think you are all right about body shape. I worry too much about my jiggly bits!
But have any of us ever known a man who hates them?
Thats why I want to get into burlesque. I love the whole scene, from the clothes and make up to the dancing.
Its so glam and ive heard that so many peole gain confidence from it.
Burlesque is a state of mind.:twothumbs:
Pay day Thurs! Then I can get my DVD
