    Whilst I very much like and appreciate Fred Astaire, I've always been a Gene Kelly girl myself.

    That man's amazing!

    My favourite quote regarding Fred Astaire is from his first screen test- "Can't sing, can't act, can dance a little". How wrong they were!

    One of my recent favourite dance film, was the mega flop with Richard Geere and J/Lo. It was called: Shall we Dance.
    There is no comparison with the collossus that is Fred Astaire, but I love this scene:
