The Daily Mail provides a CORRECT definition of burlesque!
Well, as close to correct as I've ever seen in the British tabloids...
"The phrase 'burlesque' refers to theatrical entertainment of broad and parodic humor, usually comic skits - and, sometimes, a strip tease."
...shame about the article content mind you:
Danielle Lloyd goes burlesque as she's caught clubbing in a cheeky pink tutuWARNINGWarning: This is an Old Thread

They must have hired a decent intern or something. No usual Mail hack would have written that!

With one hand they giveth and the other they taketh away....
"London soars up the list of Britain's most dangerous places as killings continue to spiral"
So glad the The Daily Mail don't partake in scaremongering and spreading the fear factor then :wallbash:

true Michelle, The Daily Mail just seems to have the ability to press all the wrong buttons. I've not yet got 5 pages in without coming across a story that suggests we're not all doomed ...
