Could this be good news for my much vaunted Burlesque trip??

Got back from mums hospital appointment and was helping her do a few things. She started asking where the itinerary for my trip away was!!!! She got really annoyed when she couldnt find it so told her not to panic that I was making one on computer with contact details etc...

This may signal acceptance but Im not prepared to hold my breath.....!

I wish I was!! She wants your number and address (but its abit of a moot point atm since I wont be staying with you) :cry:

Unfortunately it makes sense for the following reasons;

1) mum will be happier,
2) I wont be putting you out
3) and most importantly of all, the hotel I picked is a few minutes away from Hot Muffins venue and 30mins away from Heathrow airport...

BUT!!! It does mean I get to go, which is a small victory in itself. So we still get to meet up Besides, I booked a twin room...:eyebrows: no one said YOU couldnt stay with ME...heh heh heh

Ok I will PM you my address tomorrow. I don't know the postcode though as I haven't moved in yet.

My gut feeling is that Mum wants to make sure her daughter is safe and not going to be abducted or harmed by some nutter bloke she might have met off the internet.

Although if I was a 60 year old pervert, I would just give a fake address. So that doesn't really prove anything.

But don't point that out to her!!!

Yes, that seems to be her main concern atm. BUT, I could easily have told her I was going to England for an interview and staying for a few days to check the area out and she wouldnt have batted an eyelid. NOOOO, I had to tell the truth :worried:
