Thread: I finally did it!

Thiought my first performance was going to go really wrong tonight after a lot of crossed wires and the venue playing enya(?) was very worried about dancing to Rob Zombie but I finally performed burlesque after saying I would for years and always squirming out of it. Everyone from college was there and I cant believe that them and my old teachers have seen me wearing nothing but knickers and pumpkin pasties. Was a real buzz just wish I'd had a longer routine , the song was really short, and it had been more burlesqued- was just a cheeky striptease in a giant pumpkin for about 3mins but SO much fun. And my pasties stayed on with medical tape! I went off screaming 'they stayed on!' to my mate.

Definately have to keep working at this its a real buzz.

It's such an amazing buzz when you get on and off the stage, but on my first time I couldn't tell you anything that happened when I was actually up there doing it!
