I just love the industrial goggle glasses you see in steampunk, like mad scientist wear, or maybe train drivers. WIll have to dig out a pic.

It's fantastic.

On Friday this week I'm working in collaboration with Damon Allen Davison on a set of steam-punk inspired pin-up photographs. I've spent this week scouring eBay for suitable costume pieces and props. I'm very excited.

My old flatmate was really into Steampunk and had some amazing sketches....I should really get in touch and see if he can dig some of them out. He had real trouble finding costumes and had to get most of them made (he found people who made anime cosplay items were really helpful) but that was a while ago so its maybe easier now. Looking forward to seeing your pics Beatrix!

I've been collecting odds and ends recently to get creative on something like this. Trying to make a steam punk corset for a friend of mine.
