Thread: To all you models out there....

Hello all,

Me and my friend have recently joined the MoB and are quite new to the burly scene, we would both like to try out some modeling/photo shoots but have never done it before and dont know where to start or have no idea what to expect and dont know if we would be suitable etc. So if anyone has any tips for us or any information you think might help we would be vert grateful!

Greetings Crimson and welcome to the loony house. As a professional photographer in the Dorset area, I cannot help you in "real life" as it were but, if you could perhaps get your friend to take pics of you and vice versa and post them in the album section of your Personal Details area. This will give Tip Top Photography, my self and the other studios a chance to look at you then get back to you about your selfs. You might even find one of the studios in the MoB might be willing to travel to you guys for a shoot or even invite you to them.

Hi hon, welcome to MoB There's quite a couple of togs on here (TipTop might be very useful for you to PM), model Sanctum should be useful too (if James has stopped tinkering with it ) and so is Net-Model.

Good thing to do is to look at as many pictures as you can to get an idea of what works and what doesn't as practise helps a surprising amount

I started on net-model & also joined model mayhem & purestorm. I have had about 15 shoots this year...:twothumbs:

Thank you for your replies they were very much appreciated!! Me and my friend have took all the advice on board and have taken pictures of each other which I will add to my album section shortly, they are nothing special as we are not professional photographers. We have since been in touch with a young photographer on MoB who is happy to shoot us both for a small fee, so hopefully that will kick start something....
