    Unhappy Bettie Page

    I'm sad to have learnt that the Pin Up Queen Bettie Page had a heart attack on Friday and is "critically ill" in hospital.

    this was all over my myspace and yahoogroups last night and i was really hoping it wasn't true.

    Obviously her age is an amazing innings but you always hope people will go peacefully in their sleep in no pain, a heart attack is so very sad.

    Shes fought off namonia recrently and all other sorts of things<i know someone who is friends with her),so i wouldnt be surprised if she comes out of this too,shes one heck of a fighter ,but i really hope that if she does pass then it is in a nice peacefull way ,it will be one hell of an end of an era,as she helped start a lot of it!!! my thoughts are with you Bettie. I hope still we get to meet, but if not then i would just like the pain to stop for you !! xoxo
