So thats me Ballet loving dreadlocked and multi coloured.
Burlesque... As a community I can say You have caused me More Heartache and more pain than ANYTHING in the world. but you have also given me some good times.

Ive ponderd over not performing recently. Even though my gut insticts are screaming at me for saying that.

I just cant take all the negativity directed at me from some.


So.:WAVE: :LOVE: :genius:

Its christmas. And i feel this calls for a new year of change.
New ideas, New views and a new cause.

I was sad to read the first part of your post but glad that you're going to make 2008 your year!

The Burlesque scene is full of back biters, the incongruent, the jealous and the political manipulators. It does not suprise me that you have felt like leaving - I have beenin the same place recently, and I'm just a fan. But if you can tolerate the rotten side of Burlesque then there is plenty of good things to take experience and enjoy.

oh i know hun! Ive worked really hard the past year or so in burlesque, and Im not giving up now :P its just something i felt i had to say xops:
