    Default Video Game Burlesque in LA

    This made me chuckle:

    Los Angeles Slideshows - Video Game Girls Burlesque @ Bordello

    Every gamer's wet dream came true at Bordello on May 9 as Devil's Playground presented Video Game Girls burlesque. The dancers arrived armed and outfitted for an arcade battle, and included Super Mario Bros. Princess Peach, Metroid's Samus Aran, Street Fighter's Chun-Li, The Legend of Zelda's Link and Princess Zelda, and BloodRayne's Rayne.
    I like Princess Peach, though Samus Aran had an awesome costume.

    That looks awesome! And with any luck, they used the game theme tune music for it...god, a strip to the Metriod theme would rock.

    And bonus points for Chun Li...looks like she tried the Thousand Foot Kick ^_^

    oh bollocks; jeepers were going to do a video game troupe dance with meg singing as princess peach 'i need a hero!' and each girl being either koopas or bomb obs with female mario finally running on at the end...

    The greater shame would be for you NOT to do it. I would kill for a video game burly show/act in the UK!

    From what I've gathered, it was more just a straight up strip rather than a routine...they are doing it again at E3 this year, so there might be video afterwards to confirm.
