New Year, New Look
Presenting our new look for 2008. It's been designed so that I can properly incorporate the new events, casting calls, advertising and production sections and the new navigation is a heck of a lot better - everything is available in just a couple of clicks.
I've still got a few parts to upload to the site (talent, magazine, boutique and production) but this should be done over the next few days and in the meantime, having people test the new look will help me iron out any bugs.
Anyway, gotta scoot as I'm updating this from a Glasgow hotel room, Kittie is performing in about an hour and I'm not even dressed in my smart stuff yet!
Opinions matter, please post.WARNINGWarning: This is an Old Thread

Well that certaily confused me! One min im in one thread go to reply and its all changed!!! I like it though, looks very smart. Nicely laid out at the top, looks really easy to use.
Good luck to Kittie for tonight and you better go jump to it and get all suited and booted.
Take care x

It's not New Year yet!
This would be a big help - don't worry about reporting pages that don't exist, the chances are that they've been done and just not uploaded yet.
Pay careful attention to the new events section and the new Google Adwords style banner advertising system which lets people advertise on MoB (down the left hand side) for just £2 a day!
I've also tried to give more visibility to things like the member galleries - it's now easier to view them and it's easier to create them and upload pix too. There was a thread a couple of days ago where someone couldn't find the galleries - that's because I was in the middle of sorting out the new template.
It's also much easier to post events - and I mean a HELL of a lot easier!

MoB Hub?
As for the grey, I've still got lots of images to upload, but I'm now in Kittie's dressing room, updating the site from my blackberry phone!

i meant.. the online hub of the burlesque community... i dont have glasses on so im like :WALLBASH: haha!!!
wish i could see the show

Oh, I see what you mean. I can't put it there because different people view the website at different screen resolutions. Having the MoB Hub stuff on the left column would mean that people with lower screen resolutions might lose some of the content on the right and having the graphic on the right means that people might not see it anyway if they are using a lower resolution monitor. Having this banner positioned horizontally in the top fold of the screen means that everyone can see it regardless of monitor resolution.
