    Default I got my funding and what it all means !!!!!

    Hi all
    I got my offer letter this morning and I have now stopped bouncing up and down long enough to let you all know.
    I am so happy and all the hard work was worth it, I would just like to thank everyone for all the support.
    What the funding is for.....
    is for me to work with the lovely Julie Atlas Muz. Julie as agreed to be my mentor and work with me on a two part project. We will be creating workshops for Dada in November for disabled and non disabled artists. The workshops I/ we are planning are going to be more like the happenings in the 60's. I want artists of all mediums to get together and share there skills so everyone can develop there practice and create unusual collaborations.
    The second part is even more scary for me but hopefully will work. As an artist and performer I want to develop my practice and with Julies amazing help I hope to start the preparation for a one woman show that will be performed next year.
    All these plans are at the fledgling stage but with the arts councils backing means I can actually start to do them.

    Wow! Congratulations hon, that's incredible! You must be over the moon. It's going to be a busy / exciting few months for you, can't wait to see your show at the end of it!
