You might find getting an answer to this on an open forum very hard to come by, might I suggest contacting performers and asking them for a quote.

That's like asking how long is a piece of string. It varies ENORMOUSLY. As Buck says, you will need to contact individuals!

As both Parma Violet & Buck have said, it varies enormously and I very much doubt anyone will post their fees on a public forum such as this.

Also, it may be tricky to define a 'good' performer? Do you mean in terms of... Experience? Attitude? Choreography skills? Costuming? There are many factors to consider.

Fees can vary according to: performer experience, location, scale & budget of event... to name but a few!
