Thread: How do you make Pasties/nipple tassels?

Hiya I'm currently working on a super glittery balloon popping act and it got me thinking. There is a gorgeous pair of pasties in Agent Provocateur that would be perfect but they cost a fortune and wondered:
A) if anyone knew how to make pasties and nipple tassels so I could make them myself
B) if anyone knew of a good, reliable shop/website/person on here, that makes or sells them
