This style of shoe is called a 'co-respondent' in England ( as it was reputedly only worn by louche types who might feature in the gossip columns in connection with a society divorce), and a 'spectator' shoe in America ( I know not why).
Edward Green in Burlington Arcade always stock them, as do larger branches of Churches ( there is one on Regent Street, several in the City).
Cheaper than that : Dune had some last year ( there's a branch on Oxford Street), and Shellys always used to have them if they are still around. Camden Market is another good bet. Gamba do them to order, in any colour pairing you like, but they don't have a shop any more. Check out Selfridges shoe department, as well.
Put 'co-respondent shoe' into Google and you should come up with lots of options.
