If you talking about stones to stick on your body i think you should buy regular rein stones that used for clothes and stick them with some eyelashes glue. I dont know who much it holds on if you sweating. i rcomended on the DOU glue.
If you want to add a little bit sparkle to your cleavage you can buy simple cosmetics glitter and mix it with body lotion.

    Sorry for any spelling mistakes

Charles Fox, the theatrical make-up people, do a massive range of glitter products (body glitter, make-up, eyelases, etc) specially made for the stage. their Kyrolan body glitter is great... They also do an internet service so you can have it delivered to your house if you don't live in London.
Also, if you are going to get gems/ crystals, I wouldn't get rhinestones as they are quite expensive (save them for your costume as there's a risk any gem will come off over the evening!) the regular glass ones will give a similar effect. for a better bond, try sticking them on with copydex (it's basically eyeash glue but stronger - I use it for sticking eyelashes / wig netting, etc anyway!) or spirit gum (you'll have to pat the spirit gummed area until tacky before applying any stones - and make sure you get some spirit gum remover too!)

Yes, let us see the result! I love a bit of sparkle! XX

For a subtle hint of shimmer, Lush do some body bars and powders that make you shimmer and glitter.

I have been trialling lots of different body make-up methods of late and in terms of sparkle, I have found that mixing confectionary glitter (very fine in texture) with a moisturiser works well and to avoid it coming off then lightly spray yourself with a fine hairspray all over.

However, different methods work for different skin types and complexions depending on the aesthetic you want.
The best thing is to just experiment, you will eventually find what works for you....I'm still searching for my ideal method too!

    Omnomnom :P

I just use glitter hairspray from Wilkinson or Claires - I only use moisturiser products if I'm not wearing stockings as the sticky on the hold-ups doesn't stick to freshly moisturised skin (speaking from bad experience here!!)

Thanks Girlies! will try each one to find what works best, I bought the Jo Weldon fan dance dvd and loved the shimmer she had on her skin, just adds that little bit more magic! If anyone knows what type of glitter girls put in ther gloves so when they take them off it has the magic look please let me know that too! x

For glitter in gloves, I recommend using the large shapes you can buy as confetti or table decoration. Many performers use normal craft glitter but it can make the stage very slippery and the larger stuff catches the light better.
I buy mine from 'Paperchase' and party supply stores.
