I'm a makeup artist and my favourites so far on shoots are:

'Body shop coconut shimmer'- alternative to cocobutter This gives a subtle shimmer/glow but makes the body look amazing when photographed or under lights. Plus it won't mark the clothes you wear.

Also, Soap & Glory Shimmer Spray- Its a dry oil with sparkle. Sometimes quite hard to find in boots.
Smells lush and gives you more of an intense shimmer.. I must let you know though that stylists hate the stuff as they can not return any of the lingerie/clothes. A few of the magazines love it for cover shoots.

The body shop do a atomizer skin sparkler which you cant get online for some reasonbut ive seen it very recently instores. I tried it whilst i was there and it make your skin dazzle like diamonds under the shop lights so on stage it must be marvelous.

There's a Champneys body shimmer oil which is expensive but I've had my current bottle for over a year, a little goes a long long way, if you use it do it in natural or stage lighting though, first time I used it I did it indoors with a light on then went out into the sunlight and I looked like I was made of diamonds I was so sparkly! I felt like an angel haha xxx

Illamasqua Illumine-oil Currently £7.50 at the flagship store in Leeds/Liverpool and online (although theres postage)

I must say I am in love with Volt (a silvery pearly shimmer) It looks fab just running up your legs and collar bones...and if you want to go mad and just absoloutly sparkle you could douse yourself in it....and for half price why not!! x
