I have tended to stay away from Barry M make up for years now but their shimmer body powder was recommended to me by a firend and it works a treat, the pale ones even come in a range of colours like silver-white, white-white and gold-white. The pots are quite small but the coverage is unbelievable and comes with a powder puff in the lid!! Also, they are great for a small budget!

I don't know of a shimmery powder, but if you're anywhere near as pale as I am: you might enjoy (for daily-type wear) using Ben Nye loose transluscent setting powder. It looks white, but technically can be used on any colour as it is transluscent, so it doesn't deposit colour (but I do think it lightens just a smidge, which is cool for me b/c my foundation isn't a perfect match for my skin & is a bit dark... I'm too broke to buy the proper brand & shade I need. Darn you, drug-store foundations). And it absorbs oils and sets makeup, without adding pigment and making your face look really heavily-made up or adding too much colour. Great for touch-ups, too, if you don't want to look caked-on.
Just throwing it out there, as I'm an enthusiast of 'the pale-goddess appeal' and it's a fairly cheap, gentle alternative.
