    Default Nipple tassel no-show

I ordered a pair of nipple tassels from Titmore & Asspley. I paid the money, gave her my address and told her what I wanted. We sent a few emails back and forth and then one day she sent me an email saying she'd make them that day. They never arrived. I sent her a few emails and got no replies. Unfortunately I left it too long to dispute through paypal, that is my fault but I was giving her the benefit of the doubt at the time. Does anyone have ideas of anything I can do, or am I just going to have to accept that she screwed me over?

    UPDATE

It was all a huge mix-up they got lost in the post but Sarah never received my emails so didn't have a clue. It has all been sorted out now

If you try contacting her again but dont get any where, you could go to Trading Standards if it's a registered company? Save all emails to and from the company, and records of payment. I think theres something under Sales of Goods Act about supply of products, etc... Good luck! x x x

I was in contact with her too, and haven't heard from her in a while, so maybe she has had problems in her life ? Many friends ordered from her and it seems she is a reliable lady.
    good luck !

Thanks for your suggestion Miss Wonderland, and I really hope you're right missannethropy. I'd also only heard good feedback about her, and she seemed really lovely when we exchanged emails. It would be nice if this was all some big mix up and it could be fixed

How long has it been??? Are you sure it's too late to open a paypal dispute??? You seem to be able to open 1 aaaaaages after paying your money. I would check if I were you.

I have already opened a dispute, and it got closed because it had been too long. But apparently it's not impossible for paypal to reconsider it later. Unfortunately I have no control over that.

I must say I've only heard good things abour Titmore and Asspley.. it could be that there are life problems, thats a problem with 1-person small businesses, if something goes awry it's often very difficult to let people know. I've had a similar problem with graphic designers dropping off the face of the planet and then popping back up later on after illness/divorce etc.

I hope it all gets sorted for you anyway

    Lightbulb

I can't comment on Titmore and Asspley as my wife, Angel LaVey (shameless plug), has never brought from them - however if you do need pasties and Titmore are having problems then you could always use Adora Belle or Dolly de Lash - my wife has used Adora Belle whilst many of her Burlesque buddies have used Dolly.

There are also other pastie makers out there such as Daiquiri Dusk and Scarlet Fever.

I hope you get your issues sorted with Titmore.
