Thread: Mickey and Minnie Mouse

This isn't really burlesque fashion as such but..
My boyfriend and I are going to DisneyLand in America later on this year (SO excited :excited, we have a connecting flight in Texas from London and me and my boyfriend want to change into Mickey and Minnie mouse for the last couple of hours flight from Texas to DisneyLand.
I already have my minnie mouse outfit sorted, ears and all but I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on a Mickey outfit?



I was thinking something like that, maybe?
Red shorts, get some gigantic white/silver buttons from John Lewis to put on the front and a jacket and shirt style top half..
Oh I dont know

Anyone got any ideas?
I know if I leave it up to my boyfriend it just wont get done :lol:

I reckon it would be pretty simple.

Just a white shirt and black jacket/blazer. Then, like you said, some red shorts with big buttons. Try ebay for the ears and yellow bow tie.

I have to say, this idea sounds absolutely hilarious! :lol:

Do you think the jacket, shorts and shirt would look okay?
I wasnt sure whether to get him a long sleeved black shirt as some of the images of Mickey he's just in shorts with no top on..

I can't wait to see my boyfriends familys faces

Maybe you should make your boyfriend wear shorts with no top on! :lol:

I'm sure the shorts, shirt and jacket will be fine. As long as you have the ears, it will be clear who he is- especially with Minnie Mouse at his side
