teeth whitening
Not sure if there is a thread for this on here allready... (is there a search function on this thing, if so i cant find it!)
I was just wondering about teeth whitening/bleaching...
i need advice! i want sparkly teeth without paying millions of pounds at the dentist, what do other people use?
I am verrry scared, i suffered braces for 2 years to get my teeth straight, and i have heard lots of horror stories about teeth whitening, however i absolutely cannot afford to get it done professionally, and pearl drops isnt doing it for me!
my teeth are in good shape, (i cherish them!) but not as white as i would like.
hellllp all you sparkly-toothed ladies!

I had my teeth whitened at the dentist 4 years ago using the bleaching trays but its not realy worth the money unless u want to give up red wine, curry, smoking and eating in general. The results lasted about a year and i went back about a year ago to do it again but i found that this time round my teeth were way to sensitive for the bleach so I gave up after two days. I would love to try the lazer zoom but its just not a priority. I found that what works quite well for me now is an electric toothbrush with macleans whitening toothpaste.

I use Blanx Toothpaste (about £6 per tube from Boots) and people have started to notice the difference

Well i use Beverly Hills Formula Toothpaste by Arm and Hammer (or is it hammer and arm?....)
and its REALLY good for long term teeth whiteness-although i use the milder formula because the stronger one can cause erosion over time-gets the job done though! but the milder one hasn't effected my teeth at all
Honestly, i'd at least give it one try, i could tell the difference in a bout a week
