Benefit Kitten Powder Puff
Anyone got one?
I was looking for a product that would give me a bit of body shimmer on stage, primarily for my fan dance, so something I could use all over my body easily. I didn't want anything too showy and too glittery. I found the benefit Kitten powder puffs and was quite impressed - really fine sparkly powder, quite subtle but it looked as if they might give the kind of effect I wanted under stage lights.
However - the dust is all enclosed in the powder puff itself. So you have no way of telling how much of it you have left at any given time. I didn't want to spend £20 on something I could potentially only use about three times, so I resisted.
So ladies (and gents) - does anyone have any of these powder puffs? About how long does it last? Is it a worthwhile investment or more money than it's worth?WARNINGWarning: This is an Old Thread

Mine's lasted pretty well - over a year now. However - I only tend to use it to give a bit of shimmer on the odd spot and not all over.

Eyeko do a similar one for £5 and I'vehad mine for about 4 months, not too glittery but does shimmer well. You can buy the products from superdrug.

fleur trust me, i used to work for benefit; the product is a nightmare! some puffs only have a little glitter in, some are overloaded they really aren't made very well and sometimes the smell goes a little foisty....bleurgh!
lola pops has a lovely one (i can't remember what it's called but i'm sure she can tell you)
the benefit ones are really expensive for what they are

I don't know about the powder puff but i love the Bathlina body so fine velvet body balm.It has the same scent as thier Mabye Baby perfume and i love the pinup on the box.It looks light pink but gives a beautiful subtle shimmer when applied. I have had mine for over a year and I use it all the time.

I use one from Body Shop. Its really good, but has a slight bronze tint to it...so probs not best for what you want it for! I'm not sure if they do a plainer shade of it. My friend uses the benefit Kitten powder puff one and she loves it. She hasn't had any problems with it in the last 6 or so months since she bought it

I must say, I find that fine glitter rarely shows up on stage, unless you use loads of the stuff!
I use the blue-glitter massage bar from Lush. It smells great and leaves a wonderful shimmer on your skin. Plus they're animal friendly and less than £5!
I'd normally keep this top secret, but seeing as so many people are using this massage bar nowadays, I'm happy to share!
