Toupee tape or costume tape, or dress tape, and I got mine from ebay.

You can get it in Ann Summers or La Senza too but its frightfully expensive! They do it in Boots apparently although I've never looked.
Some people use regular double-sided tape too (myself included) although it might not be secure enough for tassel twirling.
Others use eyelash glue and some even use carpet tape which scares me a little but I've been recommended it by other performers before....xxx

I get my double sided tape from a local hardware store, they have different sizes and strengths. I have used eyelash glue in the past, but if you're planning on changing them or taking them off be prepared to have gunk left behind. I once has "Nip Dots" which were made for holding pasties to nipples, but they were so expensive, worked great though.

i usually just use double-sided tape from the hardware store or from a fabric store (tho thats not as strong and its usually pricey)...
just be careful with tape from the hardware store-avoid the stuff with threads running through it!!-i once borrowed some like that backstage and when i went to pull them off after the show i actually ripped skin off!!! it was horrible and my poor little nips were SO sore for the next week or so!!

Toupee tape- from a hairdressing supply shop like Sally's. It's designed to be stuck to skin!
Or spirit gum (from theatrical suppliers) but get some remover too!
