i noticed there wasn't a thread for this yet, so i'm popping up, to pop this up!

December 20th - The Oakford Social Club, Reading!

doors - 6pm
show - 8 - 9:45pm
dancing - 9:45 - 11pm

Beatrix Von Bourbon may be away in Germany, but this won't stop her from ensuring that the bi-monthly Hot Muffins event continues!

Stepping up as event MC in her absence will be none-other than the UK's delightful cabaret villian,
JOE BLACK.

THE SHOW:
This show will be one to remember, starring a hand-picked taste of London's finest burlesque talent...

DJs:
This event we're trying something new! Rather than use a live DJ, we are playing a pre-recorded setlist supplied by DJ MATT HANSON (based in Australia!). JOE BLACK will also be throwing in some of his favourite musical-cabaret treats too.

DRESS CODE:
None! Dressing up is encouraged (men - think smart retro-esque suits, miliatary, top hats, Tim Burton movie rejects...), but by no means necessary.

ENTRY:
A bargainous £2.50!

Thanks for doing this, Joe. I can't get on MOB with my usual internet connection (at the theatre) because, apparently, it's classified as "sex" by some internet content filters :/
