Having been poking about Leeds recently, I came across the Subculture and incidently adverts for Slippery Belle Burlesque.

Do any of you know about it, have been to it, or even perform in it, and can you tell me any details?

It runs monthly in Manchester and Leeds - www.myspace.com/theslipperybelleburlesque

I've performed there a couple of times and it's always guaranteed to be packed out. There's some good headliners, plus usually a couple of beginners' spots too.

Nope, tis usually the same deal with Manchester & Leeds SB shows. Bella also runs a night in Huddersfield too. Tis worth dropping her a line, cannae hurt.
