Burly Q Sheffield 3rd July Gypsy Charms, Ed Muir, Amelie Soleil and Audacity Chutzpah
Join us on 3rd July at Bar Abbey, Abbeydale Road, Sheffield to celebrate the arrival of Summer with Burly Q, who will once again be bringing to you the best Britain has to offer in burlesque, circus and cabaret. We have an amazing line up, and are very proud to welcome Chinese Pole Acrobat Edd Muir and Britain’s Tiniest Tease Amelie Soleil, who together make Frayed Knot circus.
Performing alongside Edd and Amelie will be one-woman whirlwind of burlesque and clown Audacity Chutzpah, who brings her own unique brand of wit and intellect to the burlesque stage.
Completing the bill is highly accomplished (and highly entertaining!) burlesque dancer Gypsy Charms.
They will be joined by local chanteuse Ginger Hayworth and your resident compere, Penny Dreadful. As if this isn’t enough the evening will be rounded off with 100% vinyl DJ’s Cherryred and Den Iniquity, playing the best 1950’s Rock and Roll and R&B.
The theme for the evening is the Great British Seaside, so don your finest Victorian bathing costumes, roll up your trouser legs, tie knots in your hankie and grab your Kiss Me quick hat - there’ll be a prize for Best Dressed from Pin up Parade!
Tickets are available from Burly Q : Sheffields BEST Burlesque night., and are priced at £15. This guarantees you a seat, so remember to book early and get in touch with table and reservation requests. This can be done through emailing info@burlyq.co.uk, or through our Facebook group.
Hope to see some of you there!

Ah, yes, Neil - you really must! You're exactly the kind of burlesque connoisseur we aim to cater for - and you're in Sheffield too! It'd be great to meet you...
