Quick update. Sorry about the lack of activity but I've been busy trying to find a job and all (Its not that easy being a graduate!)

I have set up a facebook group to rally the troops together and gather support the the return of a burlesque night in Reading.

into the search bar in facebook and please join!

I feel your pain schweedie - I graduated with a 2:1 degree last August... And the only job I've been successful in finding is a bloody part-time bar job, grrrr. Lotsa lotsa luck in your job hunt. But I digress...

Everywhere needs a li'l touch of burlesque! And, like Celeste said, if something gets up & running & you're looking for performers I'd happily oblige.

Hi there, I hope your campaign goes well – I performed at Beatrix von Bourbon’s Hot Muffins in Reading a few years ago and the crowd were great.

Just out of interest, are you trying to rally support so you are sure of a good potential client base so you can start an event yourself, or are you hoping to encourage someone else to start one by demonstrating that there is demand?
