Celebrating its 11th year at the Derby LIVE Assembly Rooms, this two-day extravaganza is open to all; body art enthusiasts, families and anyone who just wishes to enjoy a 'fun weekend'. Once again, thousands of visitors will to be attracted to the Derby LIVE Assembly Rooms to see, meet, watch and be tattooed or pierced by more than 90 top body artists from around the world.

The festival will include the UK’s largest Body Art Trade area ever assembled under one roof, plus numerous fashion and merchandisers ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy.

We have entertainment for all; with bands and acoustic sets (signed and unsigned), burlesque shows, all day BBQ, bars, food outlets, and 2 days of tattoo competitions open to all comers culminating on the Sunday with a grand finale of presentations.

To add a bit of spice to a glittering gala of entertainment, we have once again teamed up with Heresy n Heelz Productions, to bring you an exclusive burlesque show. On both festival days at 3pm, Heresy n Heelz in association with Ministry of Burlesque/Purrfit present the "2011 Delicious Battle of Burlesque" auditions.

12 contestants from all over the UK will compete in live shows hosted by Liberty Pink, for 6 places in the final, to be held at the September 24th Delicious Burlesque event. Having seen the standard of applications & last years competition, the judging panel, headed of course by MoB's Kittie Klaw, will have a very difficult task in deciding who will go on to follow in the footsteps of Elle Amour, and be crowned Battle of Burlesque winner 2011.
