Stage name feedback
Hi there,
Yes, another stage name thread....
I thought about keeping Anna Karenina as a stage name, now I'm going back and forth between Anna Karenina and Tsarina Karina.
I'm spinning, feedback please?
Thanks!

I really like Anna Karenina but I guess you should pick the name that best suits you or your preformance style if your a bit of a diva/princess go for Tsarina

I like Anna Karenina, and also think it would be good marketing-wise to use the same name for both things since they are related

I'm with the Anna fans too!
I hope its ok that I'm adding to this thread, but I'm trying not to start a new one. How can I tell if someone is already using a name? I don't perform at all yet, but may like to in the future and I was wondering if anyone already has variations on the name Ms Curvy Cupcakes? PussyBoots was never a great name! Thanks all

Soz to appear like a hijacker and going off on a tangent but im prefering the pussyboots over the curvy cupcakes.Maybe Pussinboots? Soz just Ant rambling on a bit.

I guess it's about image. Both names have very specific connotations in different ways from each other, to me, one suggests tragedy and the other opulence.
Both sound very pretty and feminine - like yourself.
But I guess it depends who your target audience is and whether you wish to be 'type casted' or pigeon-holed to some extent, not at all or entirely.
Again, decide whether you wish to associate your design business entirely, to some extent or not at all with your stage persona.
(I still like Anna Macarenina.... ole! )

Thanks!
I'll have a think again, luckily there's no rush! I'll probably stick with Anna Karenina, although fully linking my business and my stage persona has its ups and downs... Or perhaps Tsarina Karenina, to sort of link it, but not entirely...
Hopefully I'll be performing early next year!

PS: The Anna Macarenina image is still stuck in my head
