As a bit of a taster of what we have in store for you here are 2 of the performer's show details - headliners Slinky Sparkles & Natsumi Scarlett details to follow......

Mademoiselle Lili La Scala :

1) Geisha Girl - Mademoiselle Lili transforms herself into a traditional Japanese Geisha with a touch of her own pinup style.

Using the operatic stylings of Signor Puccini, Lili will entrance and seduce audiences, clothed from head to foot in a sumptuous vintage kimono.

Gracefully and slowly, she slowly undresses to reveal her dazzling rhinestone encrusted lingerie and her 20 inch waist.

2) Broken Soul - After a hard day of glamour in precariously high seven inch heels, Mademoiselle Lili relaxes and shares with you her routine of unwinding delights. She unties her shoes, laced with decadent black satin ribbon, in an action reminiscent of the bondage of Japanese foot binding. Sliding her dainty toes out of the shoes, Lili shows off the beauty of her fully-fashioned seamed stockings. She unclips the stockings, slowly peels them from her skin, revealing the silky smoothness of her legs and feet. Lifting a wine glass from the table beside her, she pours a glass full of smashed glass on to the pile at her feet. Rising to her feet, she steps, one foot at a time, on to the pile of razor sharp broken glass. She steps from foot to foot, enjoying the sensation of the cold sharp glass upon her warm feet

Lili is also an international opera singer & her Geisha show will also feature a live operatic performance !

Miss Pink & Fluffy :

1) "Behind the Bike Sheds" - Miss Pink & Fluffy has been caught in a compromising position .......again ! Come & find out what she was up to, unless you can guess !

2) "00 Heaven - The Spy Who Fluffed Me" - Bond meets Fluffy in a 10 min cheesecake burlesque extravaganza ending in a wicked twist !

The Burlesque Magazine is off on tour (well, one night anyway). Dani and myself are off to the event below and were wondering if anyone knows who's performing as we've only received a press release detailling the 'alternative' side of the acts? It's be lovely to meet up with anyone as we're on an official press pass (and I'm the photographer for the night!) so I'll be taking photos and Dani the Editor will be interviewing people on the night.

well as Skink's beaten me to it, there is just the details of our International Headliner Natsumi Scarlett's shows :-

Performance 1 : Geisha - It's a very serene act in which a mysterious geisha girl will lead you into her little world of ritual fandances. She seems all modest and quiet until she decides the show the audience her skills with the samurai sword.

Performance 2 : The Madness of Marie - It's a tale about the Marie-Antoinette struggling between her royal lifestyle, and the free spirit she really is. You'll find Marie walking up and down her little boudoir, trying to be the modest lady people expect her to be, while she's desperate to escape.
She pleases and teases at the same time & tries to calm herseld down by reading a novel, but apparently this novel contains a rather 'hot' story...which inspires her to finally free herself at last.

The second show was part of the Showcase Finale to the 2009 London Burlesque Festival & is a truly awe inspiring piece of theatre.

I actually can't wait until Friday night now, it's going to be worth the 3 hour journey and the promises I've had to make in order to get the day off work

I'll be the one going 'ooooooh wooooow' at everything.

What a great night! A brilliant mix of guests from different scenes, great music & stunning performances. I'm so glad I got the opportunity to see some fantastic dancers, particularly the gob-smacking finale from Natsumi Scarlett!

Well done to the Heresy n Heelz team & roll on July 24th for the next one!
