In collaboration with the worlds biggest promoters of fetish, burlesque & alternative culture, who have in the past showcased some of the biggest stars of Twisted Burlesque & Vaudeville Freakshow, including Dita von Teese (UK Debut), Empress Stah, Lucifire & Roxy Velvet, we present to you, as special guests of Heresy n Heelz, the DJ’s & performers of London’s Torture Garden.

Heresy 'n' Heelz is a night of stunningly risqué burlesque entertainment, fantastic DJ's & more alt-eye-candy than you shake a crop at, bringing together the Fetish, Goth, EBM & Burlesque scenes in truly spectacular style !

You will be amongst a crowd of fabulously dressed guests being entertained by a stunningly produced stage show showcasing some of the biggest UK & International stars of Burlesque.

Add to this cutting edge DJ’s from the Goth & EBM scene playing the best in EBM/Goth/Rock/Industrial & Trance together with a huge market area and you have a unique & amazing night.

Entertainment

• Your hostess for the evening, is our resident Vampire Queen Rosie Lugosi. Rosie is an accomplished performer with a unique style, who as well as having compered events all over the UK, is also a poet, writer, singer, comedienne & promoter/founder of Manchester’s Club Lash.www.rosielugosi.com

• Headline performer The Vivid Angel an avant-garde entertainer extraordinaire. She is a Vaudeville Freakshow Diva, a burlesque honey, lover of fire & cabaret chanteuse. Of varied and eclectic skills, the Vivid Angel is an extremely versatile performer with undeniably engaging stage presence and equally vivid charisma. She is a regular performer at Torture Garden & has headlined both the 2008 & 2009 Bizarre Ball. http://www.thevividangel.org

• Our second headline act will be International Burlesque Sensation, circus acrobat & model Natsumi Scarlett, an accomplished artiste who has performed across Europe, specialising in Twisted Burlesque & Aerial Acrobatics. She has Torture Garden, London Burlesque Festival 2009 & Paris Tease among her recent appearances, & is resident headliner at Burlesque Freakout, Amsterdam. www.myspace.com/natsumiscarlett

• Miss Pink & Fluffy is a is a neo-burlesque performance artiste specialising in adding a modern twist to Traditional Burlesque. Rosie Lugosi will also host a "Best Dressed Guest" competition voted by the audience, and with over £450 in prizes and free event tickets on offer, you won’t really need much more encouragement in “Dressing to Impress !”

Market Area

We will have a large market area with 8 carefully selected traders offering a range of fetish, gothic & vintage clothing, corsetry, hats & fascinators, burlesque accessories & other goth/fetish & burlesque goodies including Adixxtion Designs - RubberLuv – Strictly Sensuous - My Delilah - Richard Larsen - Latex 101

Venue, Tickets & Dress Code

The event will be held at The Rockhouse, Babington Lane, Derby DE1 2SX opening at 9pm with first act on stage at 10.30pm & this special extended event will run till 4am

There will also be a pre-drinks party round the corner at The Sitwell Tavern, Sitwell Street, where from 7-9pm.

Advance tickets will be £12 (booking fees apply) and door admission will be £15.




We will be insisting on a strict dress code for the event which will consist of :

• Goth/Fetish - Trad/Cyber /PVC/Latex/Uniform
• Vintage - Burlesque/Glam/Dinner/30's/40's/50's
• Formal - Evening/Tux/Black Tie/Suit & Tie

There will be no casual or streetwear & although provocative & revealing outfits will be encouraged, there will also be NO NUDITY ALLOWED.
If you are not dressed appropriately, you will not be allowed in.
