    Default Help i need to find a class

    I really want to find a Burlesque dance class Ive been looking for ages to build up my self confidence and my dream is to become a Burlesque dancer on stage im from the north east redcar area thanks

    Also, if you can't find any classes in your area, try joining a belly dance class - it'll help with all the bump, grind and hip wiggle movements!

    Yeah, definitely. And along those lines I feel that if you really want to commit (and I think you should ) then ballet, jazz, mime, drama and circus skills classes are all something you should consider to give you a wide range of movements and influences to help you make your routines unique!

    And also, to add to Roxie's post, any drama, dance or stage-based classes will give you confidence to get on stage in front of an audience - and looking comfortable with an audience and confident on stage is half the battle! I've been on stage for most of my life so transferring drama and other dance skills to burlesque kinda gives you a head start! X
