Thread: Approved classes in Notts/Lincolnshire area please.

Hi there, I am very new to this but have often thought about learning burlesque myself. I am at a stage now where I feel quite confident about my body and within myself to give it a go. So, if you have any information on classes local to me, please do let me know. Thank you for your time xx

Not sure if this is the sort of thing you are looking for... but I started with Bijoux Burlesque in Derby about 7-8 months ago, and i know the owner (Wanda Handful) does both beginners and intermediate classes in both Nottingham and Mansfield.

My confidence has soared but I still go almost every week as its nice to spend time with a group of like minded people. Wanda also organises charity shows which would give you an opportunity to perform if that is what you are looking for.

Hey,
Does anyone know of any Burlesque classes that are starting soon in Lincoln? I've found that Bijoux Burlesque are starting in Lincoln at the end of this month but they're on Friday evenings and I work Friday evenings and most Saturday evening too. Me and my friends would love to do some classes well before July as we're celebrating my birthday in July with a Burlesque themed night out but we want a lot of practice before then. If anyone can help that would be brill but they have to be in Lincoln as some of us and have children and none of us can drive as yet!
