Be the life of the party. Learn to hula hoop. This exorcise class is intended to teach to dazzle your friends, entertain your relatives or to look great on stage with a hula hoop. We will play around with a variety of circus tricks, introduce you to more difficult skills, build sequence, and explore styling by blending music, hula hoop and dance together. As we will hoop on all parts of the body, it is best to wear close fitting clothes and keep the knees bare. Bring a waterbottle. All skill levels are welcome. Hoops will be provided but feel free to bring your own.

This sounds great!

You say all skill levels are welcome... what about someone who hasn't hula hooped since primary school, but bought a hula hoop 6 months ago after being inspired by Pinkie Special at the Wet Spot and hasn't really had a go yet?!

I could have a practice before the class, but i'm not sure i have the right technique.

I didn't before I went to her class so you will be fine! It is like being a kid again as its so funny and fun. You will be hooked though ;oD
