Business Cards
Advice needed please Ladies,
I believe it is now time to get some business cards made having been asked for one a growing number of times now, however I am stumped on where to get them done, what text needs to go on it (if any apart from contact details), what images to use etc...
Any tips ladies? I just cant remeber ever having seen a performers card, though maybe its because I haven't asked..or do folk not have them but use another way to pass on contact details?
Thank-you!

I've been told vista and moo are good so will have a look.
How many pic did you have on there? And do you put a (very) description of yourself?

I use Moo as well and they're fabulous.
Obviously you need to have your name on there along with your email address. If you have a website put that on too.
If you have a 'tagline' that's brief but sums you up (and if it will fit) you may want to put that on there, but it's not essential.
Some performers have a phone number on there if they have a dedicated phone that's just for performance, but again it's not essential if you have your email.
Personally, I have my name with my tagline beneath it, followed by my website address and email address on one side and a picture on the other.
Moo are excellent as you can upload as many pictures as you want so each business card would be different!

I think I will go to Moo, no one has said anything negative about them, where as vista print has thrown up a few nasties.
I've not got a tag line, I really struggle with them, if I do write one down when I read it a week later it really makes me cringe! Although I can't do them now till next week due to the old cash flow chesnut so I could come up with something (or someone else could!)...or maybe thinking about it I'll not bother lol!
Thank-you for all your helps! XXXX

I would recommend looking on ebay. You'll find really good deals on there for business cards, and they'll do the artowork for you to.

Moo.com are very good. I used Vista Print first as they had an introductory offer. They were good but the quality isn't as good as Moo.com.
Good luck!
