Sunday night Varietease May day madness and Leeds Burlesque are pleased to bring you workshops with the unmistakable vaudevillian villain Joe Black!
Dubbed by the Metro as the' King of Cabaret Noir' and 'Not to be missed' by Vanity fair, even Amy Winehouse is a fan!
As well as regularly treading the boards of the sell out sensation that is the worlds biggest fetish club Torture Garden and international tours with the critically ...acclaimed Ministry of Burlesque, he also hosts his own sell out residency in the lavish Edwardian Kings Theatre, in Hampshire.
An entertaining and inspiring cabaret artist, with a constant stream of theatrical endeavours across the UK, europe and internationally.
Joe will be take you through a 2hr workshop of comedy, twisted entertainment and teach you things your mother never did. Joe will support you and teach you how to polish acts, add that comedy angle, develop some basic punchlines and go over some crowd pleasers. The class is aimed at all levels, males and females and will include some drawing and colouring in, so bring pens and paper!

I can highly recommend this. I went to Joe's workshop in Birmingham last year - it was excellent!
