Likewise a shy, ingenue type persona would only suit a name like 'Roxy Flame' if the joke were that her name is ill suited. A sexy, gothy performer could get away with a name like 'Seductra' but a performer who stripteases whilst juggling, maybe not so much. If you have a think about the style in which you want to work (or at least where you want to start, as most of us end up evolving as time goes on) it will be useful, not just for researching your name but also in general.
This is a really good point. It is possible to go with a name that doesn't tie you down to a style - I'd like to think mine doesn't stereotype me and I have a variety of routines including comedic, dramatic, funny, dark, etc. But definitely something to keep in mind.

If you are going to go with Lady "something" the something should definitely relate to who you are as a person and a performer. Do you have any routines currently? What sort of style are these? If not, maybe start thinking about putting together routines and see if that gives you any more thoughts on a suitably suitable name.

    Good luck!

    ooo x I LIKE Lady Daphne Dill - that's v clever
this there's a risk that Lady Gazer could sound a bit like Lady geezer though - which could cause confusion, depending on your act

    Don't rush to choose a name - it'll come to you x

Hmm, names are difficult (probably the reson that I changed mine!!) If you are just starting out, perhaps have a temporary name until you've found your style and know more about what you want to do. My first name was very generic (Lala Rouge) and didn't really sum up what I was doing, my style or my acts so I changed it to something more fitting that summed up my style and it was no big deal.

Having said that, I love that you like tigers- how about Tiger Hepburn? lol! XX

i especially like lady daphne dill hehe ;P and i loove lady wonder too aha :P

had a go at what havana suggested with a couple of friends, and came up with some (quite cheesy but nice) names haha - they are all quite gardeny tho..

    - Eden Green (i think we found out that that is an energy company thing and a guest house tho ahah) or Eden Vert
    - Gloria Soleil (which i love.. from glorious sunshine aha)
    - Dahlia Dagger (sort of like the contrast between an elegant 1st name and the daggerrr aha)
    - Lily Love, OR Lily Lust

    thoughts? aha :P xxxx
