Thread: Kniting and Crochet Club Burlesque Classes - Stockport

The K&C Club have been running burlesque classes since 2010 a year, encouraging ladies (and gents if they wanted) who want to perform, or just feel a bit more confident about themselves.

There is no nudity - although you will be encouraged to show a shoulder!

During your classes you will learn ALL the basic moves, how to develop your burlesque persona and understand character interaction, looking into such subjects as music, props and costume; all of which will help in creating your very own burlesque routine.

The class is open to ladies of all ages (over 18's) and fitness levels. Each class runs for a 6 week period, so why not come along and have an enjoyable time meeting interesting people and learning something new.

New classes are starting June 2011 and run for 6 weeks, and the cost is £4 per week or the full six weeks for £20
