Thread: Circus Skills around Leeds??

So I've just moved from Chester in the North West to Ilkley in North Yorkshire!! (very very beautiful! love it!) and I was wondering if there were any circus classes or workshops around me?

I can easily travel to Leeds and Bradford

I was going to suggest that - I know when I went they had a few people from Leeds so that would seem to indicate that there isn't a circus school in or around Leeds

There isnt sadly. Apologies I keep on meaning to reply to this thread. Absolutely go to Greentop in Sheffield, they have guest tutors too which means you get a variety of the skills from around the country, sometimes internationally too.

The only one I found was Leeds uni circus groups but they only covered things like juggling, poi and diabolo, nothing like trapeze and silks

You can find details of greentop here they may even have travel details on there as they aren't actually the easiest place in the world to find
